  1. Picked up some of the Z-too's yesterday....put a hook and snap swivel on one and threw it into a sink of water and it floated! Very neat. Thanks for all the suggestions.
  2. The Z Too eh? Thatll float up to the surface? Ill definately go check that out. Thanks guys
  3. Another question.... Is there such a thing as a floated hook? As in...the opposite of a weighted hook / shaky head type thing? A little tiny water-tight plastic ball on the head of a hook? If not, someone hurry up and invent that....ill buy it.
  4. Thanks for all the suggestions, guys. Its appreciated.
  5. Nobody eh? Topwater rubber worms anyone?
  6. Yea ive tried without the swivel. I guess even the weight of just the hook makes them sink....although when they hit the bottom, the tail floats up just fine haha.
  7. Heeey guys, im new here. Figured this would be the place to come for some lure reccomendations...heres the scoop. Ive recently seen a few videos on youtube about this guy named Doug Hannon showing off a floating snake lure which looked pretty slick. I figured ide pick some of these things up, but after seeing the price was 40 bucks for something ide just like to try out, I was wondering if theres an alternate route I could go.... I figured Ide swing by Bass Pro Shops and pick up a floating rubber worm or something to get some similar topwater action as that floating snake, but I found that my 'floating' rubber worms sink....just slightly slower than regular worms haha. Something to be noted...I usually always have a swivel on my line cause I like to change up my lures pretty often. My question isssss......are there any floating rubber lures that will ACTUALLY float on the surface with a hook and a snap swivel on the line also? Thanks for any help guys. -Alex
