Does anyone have any updates on what's biting at the Lake of the Ozarks (besides the mosquitos)? How is the water quality with all of the rain?

I'll be heading back to the Lake of the Ozarks in about 3 weeks... Forbes Kip area. Can anyone give me the fishing Lowdown?

Can anyone recommend the best reel for a Shimano 9'6 trolling rod and a Bass Pro Extreme 7'6 rod? Also, I bought a Daiwa J1350 rear drag reel at a garage sale. What rod would you recommend for this?

Can anyone tell me if the Pinnacle Heritage HC662sp series rod and reel combos are any good for bass fishing? I have a chance to purchase a lot of 5 of these but I can't find any reviews.
