Yup, blue is the color, but I didn't use it once and had 100+ fish days so......
We caught on everything under the sun and on a wide variety of colors. Grn pumpkin, white and watermelon got it done and Bubble gum was hot too.
The trick, as Big O likes to point out is that you should change up your colors when the bite dies off. Doesn't really matter which color you put on as long as it's different from the last one you used. If you used light and the bite slows up,...go dark next
When I get to a lake that is known for a particular color,....it's the LAST color I will throw. I'd rather offer the fish something it doesn't see repeatedly, every day.
It's a great lake to find a pattern on though, as many of the coves and points are duplicated over and over again, up and down the shore. Find one, you'll find more, good luck
