  2. I don't wanna be left out. I want it too.
  3. The visual is good but the displacement and that rhythmic thumping of that tail going back and forth also call the bass in. I use any time of day.
  4. Pour some Mountain Dew on the bleeding. The citric acid will cause the blood vessels to contract and stem some of the bleeding, giving the bass a chance.
  5. Bill Siemantel said that about bass vision looking up. He said they could track prey out of the water and could hit it on the initial splash.
  6. In-Fisherman Bass Series 1-3 In Pursuit of Giant Bass Get on the water and fish. Keep a log of as many details of the when, how, where of your catches. Log even the days you don't do so well. It'll add up and help you in the long run.
  7. My biggest fish came on Texas rigged Rage Lobsters.
  8. Happy birthday and congrats on the great haul.
  9. There is no direct correlation. The Shimano Calcutta B's had, I think, 3 bearings. They were some of the best baitcasters ever produced.
  10. Bought some generic weight pegs from the local tackle shop and after about 3 or 4 fish they are pretty much gone or shredded. I need someone to recommend a weight stopper/peg that can hold up better.
  11. First generation Cumara 7'-4" Heavy/Fast rod

  13. In Pursuit of Giant Bass will help you regardless of what kinda lake you're fishing. It helps with the mindset, the deliberate presentations, preparations and overall feel of going after big bass.
  14. Keitech Swing Impact Fat and Texas rigged Rage Lobster and 3/8 ounce football jig and Rage Baby Craw trailer
  15. In Pursuit of Giant Bass - Bill Murphy
  16. Location doesn't have alot to do with it. It has everything to do with it.
  17. Shimano Conquest 250 DC or Calcutta 200 TE GT
  18. Caught a nice one on Sunday using the Baby Craw as a jig trailer this weekend.
  19. Skirt on the jig for me, I like the big profile.
  20. Fished a jig for the first time in 2 or 3 three years on Sunday. I used a 3/8ths jig with a Baby Rage Craw as a trailer. The best advice I can give is watch your line and especially on the fall. I had quite a few bites as soon as the jig hit the water. If you're unsure if it's a bite, set the hook. I don't know how many fish I missed because of this. Ended up catching my biggest fish of the summer this way. My suggestions Brown and Green jig, Black and Blue jig and a pack of Baby Rage Craws.
  21. Day at Pond X Here's the line up
