  1. I use the 6" shakin zipper in the river when muddy, no worm compares to it when you want bigger profile and the best action. But you are right, not very durable. The first 1 inch is the problem, its like there is too much salt and they are cracked as soon as you get them out of the bag. Still nothing compares to them for action. Another great one that i use in clearer conditions is Reaction Innovations Flirt 6.95. More durable and good action. I get mine at Tackle Wharehouse.com. Free shipping on orders over $50 and they have every color for the flirt and zipper. Bite Me shakey head jigs are the best IMO.
  2. Wrong page, sorry. Was replying to a post about the shakin zipper i thought.
  3. I fish the shakin zipper and Reaction Innovations Flirt 6.95 almost exclusively on my river here in Indiana. About the only difference between a straight tail worm and the zipper is the zipper has a little more resistance. When fishing the flirt and using an 1/8 oz head, the same water would require a 3/16 oz head for the shakin zipper. Both are awesome baits and a walleye sitting in a bass hole will not pass up the zipper! Ordered $90 worth of them two baits today. The Zipper will not hold up for more than a fish or two but they are deadly. Try the Flirt 6.95 out too.
