I just read this article that talked about how moon phases, the sun/moon setting and rising, and weather conditions affect bass and other fish. Wanted to share it with the other members. Enjoy

I fish the baby brush hog in Watermelonseed and Orange Swirl (don't ask why). I've had success swimming it, jigging it, and fishing it like a worm with a split shot.
Early morning, trout will be shallow on flats in sand holes. When the sun rises redfish will be on a flat. Topwaters work great. Or a weightless gulp shrimp depending on the water depth.
I like to to use the Zoom Fluke in the Arkansas Shiner color. I fish it on a 1/4 oz. Chartreuse jighead with a jerk-jerk-pause retrieve and it works great. I usually fish it in medium depth water about 8-10 ft. deep.
