  1. I love to use mepps, blue fox, panther martin spinners. usually with a tail. green, chartrues or firetiger colors.
  2. I love my old series one. its about 9ft. and a 2pc. really nice
  3. ok whats the deal with braid? if i put on 50ib test of braid will it be much better that the same diameter mono or flourocarbon? if braid is so awsome why dont many more people use it?
  4. I have a 6.5 ft. Diawa Samurai graphite rod. im wondering if its a good rod overall. i cant find that much info on it.
  5. about 2 weeks ago i got 5 or 6 on them
  6. yeah they do love to catch weeds, but i just use the lure unweighted. i cast reel it in do it again. ive had luck using a mepps with a spinning attachment on it( like a spinner bait but with the mepps lure instead of the worm.)
  7. I know that they still make series one what i mean is they dont make the 9' 2pc poles with the long corck grips anymore
  8. i have a berkley series one pole. its around 9 feet long. i am wondering where to get more info on it. it is a 2 peice. i am guessing that they dont make them anymore i cant find anything on them
  9. I just wanted to tell people i have been catching lots of smallmouths with the mepps and panther martin lures. i have been using the ones for pike, muskies. they seem to really love the rainbow and green colors. i fish at spring lake, michigan. its really dirty water, they seem to love them.
  10. Well i have a food saver and it works really good with plastics. i usually put some salt and bacon fat in with it and it gets absorbed into the plastic. it seems to work really well
