  5. If you set one brake , set the other on the opposite side. I have 4 set on mine and can cast just about anything with that setting ,never a backlash. basic cleaning instructions here.
  6. mono:sufix elite or trilene maxx braid: power pro or fins prt fluoro:i don't use it.
  7. Not only is it easier to reel, the low gears keep the bait in the strike zone longer.
  8. Where I want a low speed reel the most is when I'm using big blade spinner baits.A medium to low speed reel for cranks. And a high speed for everything else.
  9. All of the time...
  10. I own the CBR843 and love it.I mainly throw square bill and lipless cranks with it.I don't really use large bill cranks at all ,but I'm sure it will work with them also.
  11. I have two rods I use saltwater inshore one has a Saros 3000 the other is a Sustain 3000 both with #15 power pro , both handle braid equally.Close the bail manually , and tug on the line to get it tight before you reel , and you'll never get wind knots. I only use braid on my spinning rods for saltwater. For freshwater I only use mono.
  12. Finally found a ABU Revo S to look at in Wally World , I was disappointed to see that it was not made in Sweden.. :'( I have been out of fishing for a couple years didn't know that had been sold to Purefishing....
