Nickel beer night at Chancey's it was! Never opened again and yes Putter Mutter threw a dude thru the window. How we escaped those Radford nights still amazes me! Speaking of "the fight magnet Carter" One night at Ceasars some dudes instigated a mess with me. I had warned the bouncers. Never said a word to Carter. 2 dudes quickly became 5 or 6. I never knew Carter got involved I was the first one chucked out the side door then Carter. He was like a kid at Christmas. "I got 1 of them good for you....wait til you see this guy" They started chucking the other guys out the door. Carter...."thats not him.....thats not him....thats not him....Thats him!!!!! Look at that eye.....its completely closed....dude looks like Quosi Motto" I was laughing so hard I almost couldnt go when they rang the bell for round 2 in the parking lot! LOL Again, young, dumb and full of testosterone!

Regretfully, I have many superstitions when it comes to fishing!

One of the more humerous ones.....One night many years ago at Radford University 3 friends and I went to a frat sponsored bar party. One of my friends said or did something to one of the frat guys girlfriends. Chaos ensued and I was found guilty by association. I somehow ended up in the kitchen. I was doing pretty good for a bit until it became 5 or 6 of them. Then I was beat with every pot, pan and utensile in that kitchen. I was down on the ground trying to cover up as best I could when I saw a screen door. Here comes the bad part...... I somehow got to my feet and ran as fast as could to that door. What I did not know was there was just a little sidewalk and then about a 10 ft cliff. I could not stop....I was running so fast my momentum carried me over. The fall was worse than the beating I took inside. I landed in a bunch of garbage! As I laid there trying to breathe every beer bottle insight was flung at me. It was a great evening and I think it was the last night of that bars operation ever. Once I got my breathe I hauled butt out of there. Ran to the 7-11 and called this girl I knew to come get me and take me home. I was home for some time (a couple hours) when this other girl I knew called and demanded I come back and get my friends before they tore the campus down. She held the phone out the window and all you could hear were sirens. They were still at it! Young, stupid and full of testosterone! Good Times....good times! :-?

I have been collecting fishing ornaments and stuff like it for years. Its for my man cave tree. It gets more praise than than the big tree with all of her high dollor ornaments LOL

The Verizon maps are actually very misleading. I have AT&T coverage and get 3g coverage is many areas that are not on Verizon's maps. I haven't seen anything on the ads dating the AT&T maps, but I do know for a fact that I get 3g coverage is areas that the Verizon maps say that AT&T doesn't provide it. The verizon maps are VERY VERY misleading thus the lawsuits!

OK a fairy tale to try and explain. There was once a very proud Blue and Gold bunch. Thier first name was Bell and they were from the South. SouthEast to be exact. Mostly warm states. They had a great business and treated everyone real nice. They owned half a wireless business and used a funny little orange guy to represent thier company. One day a bully appeared on the horizon and they wanted the funny little orange guy company all to themselves. This bully uses a symbol that kinda resembles a deathstar. Sure enough one day the DeathStar rounded the merger and acquisitions moon and the proud blue and gold Bell people from the South were no more. There World had been consumed! Funny thing is that in 96 the blue and gold guys had a chance to buy the bullys.....but at the 12th hour walked away from the deal. Morale of the story watch out for bully's or your world could be consumed! I hope this explains things a little better!

ah ahhh ahhhh FBL. The DeathStar has the largest nationwide 3G coverage including Va. Have you not seen the new commercials. Also, a lawsuit pending against the V for thier false claims. As always,......"Your World Consumed"

By far my favorite has been for years Keystone Light. I have said for years it was quantity and $ price over quality but it is really good. When I go out because no one carries high quality Keystone its Coors Light, Corona Light, Land Shark or Bud. Bud IMO is the best beer ever....it just gives me a headache. Side note....My father in law had the ultimate job for 30 years he worked in the lab for Miller. It really chapped him that I did not like Miller Lite (messes up the tummy) Every year for Christmas I would get a bunch of Miller Lite junk. Miller and Coors merged and they were making Coors light and Keystone in Eden, Per my father in law the only difference between Keystone and Coors light is one ingredient and the color. They are basically the same but @ a whole lot less $ for the Keystone. Just when I could start getting cool Coors and Keystone stuff and free good beer.......he retired!!!!!! :'(

Just going to comment.....cause sometimes that's just what I do. I have not been here to long but I have developed quite a fondness of this site, the people on here and especially those who run it! Speaking for myself I just know a-lot of that would be lost if someone else....especially a business were to take it over. It would be like what Storm did to the wiggle wart, thunderstick or Mann's to my favorite crank. Glenn refers to this site as home and it is in many ways.....but home would lose its comforts if it had a new owner! Besides that my "Your World Consumed" comments would be lost. 8-)
