  1. I won a bunch of Lucas Oil Fuel Stabilizer in a tournament so I've been using that for the last year. I add as much stabilizer as I put fuel in.

  10. Pretty much sums it up. They could also have a cone shape to them. The biggest thing to look for the 28-30 deg hook. Some types are more straight then that but most are 28-30 deg bends.
  11. Nice catchin guys!
  12. $99 just to watch it on pay per view. Ouch. It could be over in 5 seconds.
  13. I like the 4/0 hook in about 3/8 or 1/2. I have been using Structure bugs and Menaces lately on them. Here is one rigged with a structure bug in the Sway Skirted then an unskirted version.
  14. Congrats!!!
  15. So Julies birthday is a couple days away. She really needed a great fishing rod that was her style and no major manufacture makes something like what I wanted. Ever since meeting Fishing Daddy (Lee) at Pickwick he has been really cool and wanted to help me out since he had met Julie down on Pickwick for one of BR's Road Trips. Road Trips are awesome!! What a great build. I can see why it takes so long to make a custom rod. This rod is phenomenal with awesome craftsmanship. Here it is 7'1" MH, Julies birthday present and yes I'm jealous and I will be fishing it this weekend.
  16. I sell more 3/8 then any other weight. Probably all weights combined.

  18. 99% of the time I fish tubes I'm throwing a green pumpkin tube texas rigged.
  19. blue bug is one of my favorites. Its a flashier version of black/blue.

  21. I've got 3. 3/8 finesse jig 1/4 oz Extreme Shaky Head with a Menace Green pumpkin tube
  22. I'd have a hard time switching away from Owner. I haven't used that specific hook but if its anything like their flipping hook I would stick with Owner.
  23. Sounds like a great spot to throw a jig. I'd start with a 3/8 also.
