Thats where they assume responsibility and handle the problem. I'm with fluke. You can use my rods as long as I'm there. If your a real good buddy I will loan it to you. That is a very very select few.
I believe its the The Eakins' Jig Hand Tied. But I'm looking for someone that has one of these. The information I'm needing is how many strands is the skirt?
If someone can help I would appriciate it.
Thanks
Well, that just about sums it up. 8-)
Fishing deeper water is actually easier and more productive, it's just different.
Well, I guess you guys explained that one better then me. 8-)
thats about the distance I drive. Truck gets 17 mpg. Your looking at approx 6 bucks per day. Thats 1.5 hrs of work after taxes. Not to bad considering your age and what companies pay for unskilled labor. any where you go for the most part the wages will be close. I'd do what I wanted. Like work at a fishing store. Your young. if it turns out that it sucks. put in your 2 weeks and go somewhere else.
I did the same thing when I was your age. I worked in a sporting goods store for 6 years through high school and college because of the good hrs. The thing with GM is you might be able to move up in the business. But like said above. Monkeys dont sell bananas. Be careful it can get very expensive.
Fishing deeper water say 15-30ft is alot different then fishing less then 15ft imo. For me its slower going and more tedious with a little different tactics. Typically its more rewarding and the fish are bigger. Not always but most of the time. I prefer fishing deeper water. Most of my lakes I fish dont go deeper then 30 ft. I'm not one that fishes tablerock that often at 50+ ft deep.
I usually throw someone elses tackle when I fish with them just to try the rods and reels if I've never used it. Especially if its something I might buy.
I also do it to be evil and try and catch a fish one it.
just had another thought. It will be a pain and dont know how it would hold up but use some jig tying thread and just wrap the single coil enought to fill the void so the line cant get caught.
Jigman, I'd try some epoxy and just epoxy where the split ring splits at. The epoxy will be lighter then solder. Solder would be my 2nd suggestion but sometimes it doesnt stick to the plating.
Muddy, I'm not a monster catcher like fishchris but for me catching bigger fish is all about location. What location is that? deeper water typically. Around here it can be from 15-30 ft deep. You can almost always catch littler fish shallow but most of the big ones stay that deep most of the year imo.

Upon returning to this great site I had a blue forum page. I went into my profile and changed it from default back to bass resource. Back in action. Just and FYI if you want to change yours too
