check the connections, charge the batts. Check all the mechanics like trim, horn, lights and tire pressure.
Hope you used sta bil or something similiar.
Put it in the lake and bring us some pictures of fish. 8-)
if the rings are sliding on your dovetail you need to try another set of rings. if those do it the groove isnt right.
Sounds like a bad set of rings milled wrong if everything is tight.
I was actually contemplating which section. I was down to the two and guessed wrong.
JB I thought the same on the tackle. but oh well gives Roadwarrior something to do. ;D
Thanks for the link. FF15. I'll check it out.
What do you guys wear for fishing? I'm looking to get a mirrored pair but know nothing about them. Right now I have a amber brown pair of coastas. I'm wanting something a bit darker with the mirror. What are some good brands to look at?
I've seen, green and blue mirror. Is there a difference?
It all depends. If I'm fishing I typically dont drink especially if I'm driving the boat. If I'm just out with a bud and hes driving. Its fair game. Most of the time I dont drink on the water. I dont have anything against it. Just really never do.
Anyone know where to find some of this. I know stamina has it but they are way over priced. I'm hopping I can find it somewhere else.
I've checked
Barlows,
Janns
Living rubber.com
Stamina
I agree with the above posters. Also the mold style dictates the hook size and style. If they are for personal use and you dont go through too many I'd buy them and make the skirts.
I've got a bowtech allegiance I'll sell you for $500. 70lb, right hand, I think its a 08 model. I've got good sights and a good stabilizer on it. I dont remember the brand though.
I typically throw a 4" single or twin tail grub with those. Zoom also makes some curled trailers that I cant think of the name of. I've stuck with the grubs though.
On your epoxying the weedguards. I assume you are using D2T. How do you keep your weedguards from leaning to one side? I do not use a full weeedguard any thoughts?
I'm using a marine epoxy. Holds great. I've never noticed weed guards leaning unless like your instance of not using the whole guard. I'd look at cuting fibers off the gaurd instead of pulling them off that way you get a full seal.
Good idea. She does help me make lures sometimes so I will let her make her own with my help. That way hopefully it will be even more fun for her when she catches a fish. 8-)
