Lol, It was Joe S. he took them for me and helping me with taking my own pictures alot. I've been getting into photography as of late. He will take pics of stuff for me then I will try to duplicate it with his help.
Well, since one of my lakes started getting grassed up I decided to buy a bullet mold. I should probably buy stock in do-it molds. ;D
here is one of my recent heads I poured.
if it was me I would modify this mold

Everything is perfect except the bottom swivel attachment. Put the blade a little farther back also.
I just figured out a real easy way of doing this. 8-)
Good to hear you picked up another client.
Heck, if they cant handle that work sell yourself as a sub contractor to them then take them to the bank since they bid it high and cant fallow through.. ;D
Someone lied to you. ;D
To me a tube is fished when the fish are lethargic or holding close to cover. This could be in the winter, summer, cold front, or just hangin out bored. A tube can be fished any time any where. Its as versatile as a jig. Its one of my top 3 lures.
IMO, I'd put a little in it to clean it up and save the rest. You can find reconditioned outboards with factory warranty for fractions of new. I found an Optimax 2005 225hp on ebay for 6800. Full Man. warranty. Do alot of research when you have the $ to upgrade.
it could be alot of different things.
Like above poster said check pressure first. If you have a bad cylinder the motor might be toast due to repair costs.
Check all connections and fuses, battery falls in that group but you said its good.
Then pull the plugs and see if your getting spark. If you are its a possible fuel delivery problem.
Most breaks come from misuse or abuse. Two of the biggest ones I would say are Lifting fish into the boat and second over setting the hook. Loomis use too and might still have a section on their site about the danger zones of the hook set. If I remember correctly its about 11-1 o'clock. It over loads the rod.
With a properly set drag your braid should be fine. The drag will slip before hitting a break point of the rod.
Thanks for the clarification Bantam1.
I do the exact same job as Bantam1 just for a different company so I can see exactly where he is coming from and where Shimano is coming from. I've always thought the expiditor program was great deal for the oops. Even at 100 its a good deal because in reality Shimano could tell you "You broke it, not our fault". So to pay 100 dollars for a rod and two ways of shipping. Thats pretty cheap imo for something I slammed in the rod locker or stepped on.
We do alot of good will warranty work where I'm at also and all I can say is people abuse their stuff. IMO this policy might make them realize they need to be a little more careful.
