  1. They should have turned the cameras off and beat the living **** out of him. Then let the dogs have a shot. Thieves suck, especially ones who put others in danger like that.
  2. Inbreds who fish 50 feet from me and then have the balls to ask "how ya catchin' 'em" I aint catching **it with you in my lap. Scram >

  5. Yeah but when you take it off, you look the same ;D Don't hate me 'cause I'm beautiful :-*
  6. Chicks dig the headgear..
  7. I'd give her the best 24 seconds of her life...
  8. I'll watch if she invites Rush Limbaugh along and he gets attacked by a large grizzly bear.
  9. I know one thing---That dam* hat of yours should be illegal. It's killing me! It's the only way to keep the liquor and drug companies from transmitting messages to my brain telling me to buy more
  10. Isn't it ironic that every other commercial on tv is about "asking your doctor if ****** is right for you" for yet another prescription med. Then every commercial during a sporting event is for beer or liquor. Go to a game and the parking lot is full of hammerheads trying to drink as much as humanly possible before the gates open. Then they advise you to "drink responsibly" What a crock. The problem is a lot of people have no clue what personal responsibility is all about. We've been taught for years it's someone else's fault. If people are taught these things, is it any wonder they don't have the respect for nor can handle alcohol ?
  11. Off topic, guilty as charged.. Hey Kelley, how's the hip coming along ?
  12. Allow me to clarify That was not meant as a boast. I'm not particularly proud of it, it is what it is. If I could have just half of that time and money back, who knows ? Then again I am the sum of all of my experiences good and bad.
  13. I went with Sufix Performance a few years ago when I decided to try braid. It's still my braid today.
  14. I've ingested just about every substance known to man. The late 70's through the 80's is a blur to me. When I had my fill of it all, I walked away. I don't miss any of it now. How is it I was able to walk away while others get tangled ? I have no idea. I saw my brother in law struggle with addiction big time. Then one day out of the blue he wakes up and decides enough is enough. He checked himself into a hard core rehab and disappeared for 6 months. That was 10 years ago and he's clean to this day AND he doesn't preach to anyone. I have all of the respect in the world for him. My father in law was an alcoholic. I went to the tow yard to get his things out of the car after he passed out and ran his car through the woods. He lived through that one, but you wouldn't know it by how the car looked. I see both sides of the argument. Personally, I hate F* ing drunks - not those who can handle their liquor but obnoxious drunks. I never saw a stoner smash a beer mug into someones head, I saw drunks do it twice and it's not a pretty sight. Stoners can be annoying but they don't get up in your face with their lizard breath and beer muscles. If you can handle your vices without intruding onto other's good times, more power to you. If you can't, maybe it's time to give it up.
  15. My first baitcaster from around '87 was a Bantam, which was actually a decent reel for it's time. My affair with Shimano ended years ago after bail and binding issues with some of their spinning reels - Aeros and Saharas. The fact that they insisted there was no binding issues in spite of the fact people everywhere having the issue lost points with me. To be fair, they have shipped small parts to me at no charge when I needed them to complete repairs on a reel. Every company has a clunker in their lineup.
  16. Yep. Try this. Cast your worm in very shallow water so you can see it clearly. Now move the worm using only the tip of the rod. You will see how it only takes a tiny bit of tip movement to move the worm. You don't want the worm scooting across the bottom in 1' blasts.
  17. That is a holiday classic up there with Charlie Brown Christmas, Rudolph, etc. :D
  18. This spring all of my rigs from my ultra lite to my baitcaster will all be braid. I started with braid on one spinning rig two years ago and it will be taking over on all of them. Sufix all of the way. The only mono I will have will be for backing and leaders.
  19. You could use an old shoelace as backing, it's just there to take up space. The size of the backing does not matter IMO. 10 lb would be the very outer limit for mono on a spinning reel. I'd be more comfortable with 8 lb, but that's me. Braid = yes
  20. Eat mor chikin Stupid cows ;D Catch more fish

  23. A bait that should be in everyone's tacklebox.
  24. Purple rubber worm.
  25. I still have quite a few Rebel Redneck soft plastic baits from the late 80's. It was a lizard body with a spiked red collar meant to be fished through spawning beds. I also have a bunch of BPS worms from back then in a bunch of colors I have not seen since. BTW, the plastic has held up well. They're all still like the day I got them.
