  3. Post frontal conditions effect my fishing negitvely no matter the season.
  4. I can't beleive that from fedex, they usually take real good care of the broken stuff they deliver to me.
  5. Where I pitch, there is no way I'm gonna tie on a leader.
  6. Been doing well this year with the rage tail toad. I'll have to try that set up.
  7. I'm glad you're have success with the Spro. Pad Cashers last MUCH longer for me. Nice fish
  8. The best way I've found to save on Senkos is to fish with a Jig.
  9. Some posts were interesting to me because I can't imagine fishing mats and not swinging for the fences on the hook set.
  10. All I know is that there has been a few times my buddy has out fished me. Both times he was using a leader and I had straight braid in clear water.
  11. I cringe every time I see a big bass taken from it's waters. Good Job!!!!
  12. 832 is my preference, although PP has served well for years.
  13. She was by a log lay down near the bank, under a tree and hit the jig on the fall about 2 or 3 feet deep. I had just pulled out a 3.5# the cast before from the same hole.
  14. Keep it up, you'll be addicted
  15. 1/2 oz. jig
  16. For Idaho, not a bad fish
  17. Congrats on it all
  18. Probably the longest bass I've caught, but it was skinny. It was a slow day and we moved to another pond. My buddy had a bass splash his fluke and as I glance to he his action I saw an explosion out of the corner of my eye on my frog. Startled I reeled and produced a weak hook set, but it was enough to get her in. Until I saw how skinny she was I thought I might had landed a PB. We took pictures, but come to find out that smart phone are only as smart as the operator. NOTHING like froggin.
  19. Understand completely, I still use tungsten and like the size factor, but use them when the chances of a snag is minimal.
  20. I use thick braid so the bass can see it, it kind of even things out.
  21. I hunted ducks with a guy that kept such statisic. I don't hunt with him anymore.
  22. Another addiction begins, Congrats
  23. Congrats
  24. I'm sure they are good for the money, My friend that is learning baitcasting has one and stuggles to the point of frustration. May I suggest that it might be money well spent to buy a better reel. I think it will make the process of learning a baitcaster much easier and much less frustrating.
