    Son & I caught over 60 a piece on frog. This was the biggest 5.5# according to the Boga Grip scale. I'll remember that day for a while. Hope my boss don't recongnize me.

    There are many thing I hate about bass fishing more than having to tie knots. I hate having to cast my lure out and then reel it back in. What I really hate is having to set the hook, that is almost unbearable. I hate having to watch my line and especially having to keep my eyes on a topwater lure so I know when I have to made that ungodly hook set. They need to take care of these inconviences before worrying about a line welder.

    Fished with Spro for many years. Switched to BOOYAH PAD CRASHER. Last much longer, half the price of Spro. and fish just as well if not better than Spro.

    I use a 5/0 EWG on that thick beast

    My PB 8.53 # came out of a pond 100 yds wide and maybe a quarter mile long. My son's PB of about 10# came from another pond about the same size.

    Never even crossed my mind until I read some posts on this forum. To be honest, I thought it was a joke at first. IMO it's SILLY to be concerned with such things.

    The way I fish a jig 90% of the time I have to have the strength of braid.

    Main reason I fish is to have FUN. Using quality equiptment makes fishing more FUN for me and that isn't stupid.
