Last Thursday's upper body and core routine left me pretty much out of commission until yesterday. I'll be back at it tomorrow for a full body with focus on legs. Never skip leg day lol.

I don't know what I would do without Michelle's health. It's always me that gets sick, but NOTHING LIKE THIS. I don't think I've ever spoken to you in person but I feel like you're a brother. Much love, respect, and hope from my family to yours.

Not sure I follow the economics on that. It is a weird supply and demand paradigm. Typically, the price would go down as demand wanes. It isn't good business sense to increase price and lower supply to increase price. I'm thinking the price increases are simple inflation. Maybe I'm wrong. Sorry Kirt, my reply wasn't directed to you, but the earlier post.
