  1. This is a bass fishing website
  2. I got flowers at work yesterday.
  3. I haven't seen anything like that on mine. I would contact Hobie about it.
  4. This thread is only four years old. I think the record is 14.
  5. I own a Hobie Compass, and it makes zero difference. The fins naturally default to straight down, due to gravity. I often grab one of the pedals to move while standing and fishing. I can't feel any difference, other than I'm moving forward. You can see the stability here:
  6. That's how you can tell which baits are swimmers.
  7. $40 bottle of Sangiovese. Boo.
  8. Small Tragedies...
  9. They set up radar traps here, lol. 25 mph limit on the bays off Lake Ontario. Right now, due to high water, it's no wake 1000 ft. from shore.
  10. They're there. They're called steelhead.
  11. It's because you're using an advertisement blocking software. It causes overlap of main header to the log in bar. Turn of ad blocking for this site, and everything will work fine.
  12. I like the Owner Down Shot Hook for T-Rigging a DS. I use 1/0, 2/0, and 3/0 hooks, depending on the size of the bait. It's a light wire hook, so it just takes a wrist flick to set the hook. Works very well in the conditions you describe.
  13. Nice! I did work on a few Pro Max 3600 reels. They were well built. Thanks for posting those, and the info.
  14. https://www.bassresource.com/bass-fishing-forums/forum/18-fishing-flea-market/ Welcome to Bass Resource! Flea Market is where to sell items. While technically not forbidden, first time posting items for sale is often met with skepticism. Also, with your location in Italy, you might have a better time selling via local channels. We do have a few members from Italy, however. Please See the terms of use before posting:
  15. I don't think I've ever seen a 1600. I've built a few 1500 and 2500 size, though. They are very capable at light stuff.
  16. OG HardGill.
  17. Nice fleet of Hobie kayaks!
  18. A Personal Best (PB) is simply the largest bass you've caught, ever. You can't predict or will when you are going to catch a bigger bass, but time on the water, and learning to become a better fisherman almost always results in better size fish. Happy Birthday, and have a good time fishing.
  19. Why are we making recommendations on a year old thread? The OP bought a boat. If there are new questions, start a new thread. Thank you.
  20. ^^^ Whole lotta truth in that post. It's amazing what a complete break down, degrease, clean, rebuild, and fresh lubricants can do for a reel.
  21. My Stradic CI4 2500 takes up 34 IPT. Spinning reels have a larger circumference spool relative to a low pro baitcaster.
  22. This would fit the bill: https://www.amazon.com/KastKing-Emerald-Eagle-Spinning-Reel/dp/B07CTTBMN2?ref_=bl_dp_s_web_8971250011&th=1
  23. That's exactly what I would do, and exactly what I'd expect to find. Fun place!
