Btw, if you have to stop mid stream, plastic wrap the muffin pan and parts can't jump out.
Humidity doesn't really get to me until around 90 F. Don't get me wrong, I like a dry, sunny, 75 F day like anyone one, but I can tolerate the heat AND the humidity.
