  1. It's multi factor identification and it works pretty well to prevent fraud. I'd say a burner cell would be the way to go for anyone that doesn't need a full plan.
  2. Most battery powered tools are sold without these days.
  3. I'd have made the same mistake. Smallies are usually cued in on bait fish up here.
  4. Sometimes you gotta throw the change-up.
  5. That stinks, but there are supply chain issues across almost all industries.
  6. Microsoft OneNote is pretty good for that stuff. You can connect it to all sorts of devices as well. The coolest part: you don't have to save anything.
  7. The rules are as plain as day. Breaking them is what gets you banned. It's that simple. https://www.bassresource.com/bass-fishing-forums/guidelines/
  8. I got rabbits under the deck at my new place. I was thinking of feeding them some yummy pellets.
  9. 20ish is a good starting point. I'd want a graph though.
  10. Cork is resistant to water, but it isn't water proof.
  11. Most cork handles have a bit of wood filler in them and the sealer helps keep it intact. Additionally, the cork seems to stay "new feeling" much longer.
  12. I only looked at it, didn't get to ride. It's quality. The Mirage drive is pretty much the same as what's in my Compass. That has been bullet proof.
  13. I actually think it works better for braid in the grass.
  14. It only depends on keeping it alive long enough to weigh it in. Putting soda down a fish's throat is dumb. Fish blood coagulates in plain old water.
  15. Sometimes, you have to simply try something on good faith instead debating it.
  16. Just pay out the line in the lawn after fishing, and reel it in under pressure. No need for some device.
  17. Not sure, but I'm pretty sure Bernie's background isn't in biology. Gasoline probably stops the bleeding too. Shouldn't use that either.
  18. Thanks, and congrats on the new position. Most of my day is spent removing impediments from the team, so I have a little practice in that area.
  19. You can't get a time machine, so I'd say find a new place to work. By the sounds of it, it should be easy. And yes, I agree - any skilled worker is a thing of beauty to watch, especially if it's someone making something tangible.
  20. These are the comments I was responding to. The problem as stated was finding good workers, and every time that happens, it's always, "Well, kids these days...." It's total bologna. If you can't find good help, then your looking in the wrong places. And stop with the back in my day we could nail as fast as a nail gun. You would not if you weren't paid enough to do it. Imagine that - a thing made anyone with a little training as valuable as the expert with a hammer. A nail gun is a heck of lot cheaper, doesn't call in sick, or get hurt on the job, and the guy using it can be replaced without too much heartache. If you can't find someone to use it, pay a little more. I guarantee the guy that could nail that fast back in the day made a living wage. Automation isn't bad thing. Using it to cheap out on employees is.
  21. We've been expanding our team to about double what we were, and most of these younger hires are harder working, faster, and smarter than many of the long time employees. That said, these aren't trades, these kids are coming out of college with slick skills and a drive to work hard and add value. Perhaps all you with negative experiences are looking in the wrong places. Maybe the pay isn't enough or the work sucks so bad it isn't worth the money. The only people I see in my workplace with entitlement issues are usually close to retirement, and spend more time complaining about young people than doing the work.
  22. Just because some pro did something dumb doesn't mean we should all do it. There is scientific evidence that clearly states: this is a dumb idea. So, don't perpetuate this myth.
  23. Maybe some of those companies should not expect a cordless impact driver for price of a hammer.
  24. He'd also be surprised that most of the Boston Brewing Company's beers that are sold in this area are made there. Granted, it's bottled under license and using their equipment, ingredients and water, but much Coca-Cola or Pepsi-Cola, they really just franchises. Read the label and you'll see something like "bottled under license." Also, he clearly has no taste buds. Honey Brown is liquid poop. He probably thinks cilantro tastes like soap too.
