  1. Great fish man. I wanna see you lip that gator the same way though. I also need a boat seat on erie sometime
  2. very useful tool if your lakes is relativley new. Say 1980 - present. Seems on older lakes, the topo overlay doesnt show whats under water.
  3. Just finished. Good stuff in what KVD was saying. The press conferences after the weigh-ins is where you get the golden info. Just listening to the guys talk and answer the questions is priceless. Very little product pushing, just info about their spots, how the bite was, why they chose their spot, etc....awesome stuff. Yep. Gold Jerry! Gold! So whats the deal with ovaltine? its not oval...... HA
  4. Sutton sucks in my opinion. Super clear water with alot of local pressure. Shakey heads and drop shots have been what i use to get by there. Alot of small fish too. Mostly drab or natural colors. However, Burnsville can be fun. Alot of fish. again smaller. but an occasional 3-5 lber in the mix. Jigs, spinnerbaits, crankbaits, pretty much anything you desire to throw should get you bit. Little 3-7 ft cranks this time of year are hard to beat. Bigger fish will come of a jig or spinnerbait. There are better lakes with bigger fish closer to you or as close. Rd Bailey in Wyoming/Mingo counties looks like a trash dump for the entire state, but its deep waters hold some monster bass. Jerkbaits and cranks rule there. Plumb Orchard in Fayette county. Your not gonna break any state records in there but the overall size and health of the fish are hard to beat. Jigs/ shakey heads are my favorites there. If there's anything or anymore detail you need, just shoot me a PM.
  5. Which lakes?
  6. sweet. Pulling for Bobby Lane unless Swindle can put up some monster numbers on day 2
  7. Vinny Chase was the first to PM me, so he gets them. Yeh i think there a bit on the hard side as well, but with the wacky Jack, the ends of the baits are so thin that any movement through the water at all causes the bait to react greatly.
  8. If anybody would like a bag or two, i think i have a few i could cough up. No charge, but you gotta post a pic of the fish you catch on them. First to shoot me a PM gets them.
  9. yeh they have been out for at least 3-4 years. I prefer the Jacks Worm that Case makes but they are definitely fish catchers.
