Do you need a reservoir permit? Seems Ct. Manuel is vague on that. I live in N. Fairfield county and was told I do need a permit, but have never heard anyone get in trouble for not.

I have had great luck with BPS's now discontinued TopKnocker, even better than the Spook for me. don't understand why they stopped selling them, everybody I have talked to liked 'em. :-?

Keep in mind ALL BPS stuff goes on sale at least twice a year.

Sorry to hear about your cousin, Raul. Sometimes people can find no happiness in life, it's not enough to just survive. I think everybody has had those bad thoughts in their life. Sometimes we can hold out til they pass, and sometimes not. Waking every day not happy is no way to go through life. If there was an answer we wouldn't have that problem.

I like the cork grips also. I think I might be in the minority of fisherman that prefer BPS's "hump" grips. Just seem more comfortable.

Hey Larry, I'm a kayak and canoe guy, but try this. Put your boat on the trailer, leave or add some water in it. Watch for wet spots. Is your boat a riveted aluminum or welded? Either way it's most likely leaking at some joint. You also might see some damage you can't see in the water. Good opportunity to clean it real good anyway. Good luck.

There was a show called "Old Man & Bobber Annie". Really was a good show, Annie knew her stuff, Old Man was a grouchy SOB. After my cable co. kept on dropping channels, and raising the prices, I dropped them. It was a good down to earth, informative show with all types of fishing. I think there is a market for that type of show.

Good looking boy! I'm with a shelter that rescues quit a few dogs from Tenn. area. Looks like he has a good home. :-} He is actually a rescue himself! He was found tied up to an automatic car wash at only 9? weeks! My mother works for a couple rescues here in town that send all of the rescues up to your area! Wouldn't that be funny if your shelter and her rescues were connected.... do you know anything about PAWS New England, Tipton Treasures or Good Dog Rescue around the Memphis area? Jeff No not those, mostly Companion Pet and Rescue, and Ann Cox . Glad you Rescued, for his sake, and yours!
