Another vote for a jerkbait. A small, hand poured worm on a shakey head jig is awesome in cold water as well.
A rod rigged with a hair jig is also a must in these situations.
Maybe a 30/15 guy? I think his wheels are better...just depends where they are using him in the lineup. He definitely earned a spot to play everyday after taking over for Braun, but Davis can really only play left.
I have heard about Khris Davis rumors, but nothing linked to the Chi Sox yet. Have you heard about any of their players specifically?
Braun isn't going anywhere...he is a PR nightmare. He has always hit at every level, so I expect him to continue to put up solid numbers.
This series was difficult for me to watch, and even more difficult to pick a team to cheer for. In the end I guess I am happy the cards didn't win.
Congrats to the Boston Red Sox.
The Axe Man goes to the classiest organization in the league...(rolls eyes)...http://milwaukee.brewers.mlb.com/news/article.jsp?ymd=20130830&content_id=58995404&vkey=news_mil&c_id=mil
St. Croix's LEC68MXF is a phenomenal rod to pair with a Sol...the balance is really something. I use this combo for finesse jigs, t-rigs, and weightless Senkos, and am very happy.
KC acquired Emilio Bonifacio: http://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2013/08/royals-acquire-emilio-bonifacio.html
He was one of my big draft busts this year; I targeted him going into this season, and unfortunately he didn't do squat. Perhaps he will put things back together in KC.
Excellent question. If he comes back and pitches poorly, maybe an incentive laden contract with the Phils? I imagine The Crew to do the same with Corey Hart.
I couldn't agree more. I just hope I am senile by the time all of the worthless millennials are running everything. I fear for our future.
Disclaimer: I don't believe all millennials are worthless.
Stormin' Gorman was one of my favorites as a kid. Cecil Cooper too.
I recall a game a few years ago, I was watching it on TV. Well Thomas did a quick cameo and he was TANKED...I mean blotto hammered.
For 1/4 oz. swim jigs I use a Dobyns DX 703/Steez 100.
For 3/8 & 1/2oz swim jigs I use a St. Croix LTB 7'1"MHXF/Calcutta TE 101GT.
I really want to purchase a T3 SV for the Dobyns, and move the Steez to a GLX 893.
There are some good ones there. I can't believe they included that Amy trash skank.
