Here is a link to the bait I'm talking about. THis thing is better than any other spook type bait there is. The best time to go is at night. I catch fish like 3:1 at night versus daytime. I use mostly topwater, but you can catch them on anything even worms. My all time favorite topwater bait that I have been using for the last 2 or 3 years is called a Topknocker from Bass Pro Shops. I will get a link for you.

I had a largemouth for a couple of weeks in my 75 gallon tank. He was maybe 8" at most, but he ate a bunch and destroyed everything. He also would only eat live stuff like baitfish or worms. He wouldn't even think about eating the freeze dried blood worms that I tried to feed him. I let him go at the same pond that I caught him.

"nothing big"? Those fish you just posted are very good size largemouths No, these are ones that I have caught since about April of this year. You don't want to see pics of the ones I got the other night lol. I caught a lot good sized ones this year. These are about as good as they get in my neck of the woods. Are there any other night time fisherman on here. It's about the only time I have to go. It is the best time to go IMO.

I figured out the problem. Here is a few pics.

Sorry for the delay. It was a late night. I have been catching them few and far between the last couple of weeks. Usually I am all about the top water at night but I tried working a black horse haired jig last night and I caught a couple, nothing big. I am trying to attach the pics, but it keeps saying they are way too big.

I am from Indiana and I fish mostly small ponds all over around where I live. I will post some pics later of some of the fish I have cought this year. I am getting ready to go fishing right now ;D
