  3. And you will probably catch fish! They are not a magic lure but they will catch fish under the right conditions.
  4. just got my second one last week....couldnt resist
  5. Sure, all brands will have problems but i think the point is that this company (Quantum) has a lot more problems than the average. ( and from personal experience, i agree)
  6. Nice job! i'd buy the first 3 if i came across those in the store 8-)
  7. 1. Wacky rigged 4" watermellon candy trick sticks 2. War Eagle Spot Remover spinnerbait 3. Texas Rigged worms 4. Lipless Cranks 5. Big O
  8. I second that request. X3
  9. though the quality is crap, the Red Eye in Sexy Shad caught a lot of fish for me last year....Im interested in trying the spinnerbait and Swim jig this year
  10. You said it better then I did.... This is what i do too...i've tried the octopus hooks but my hook-ups went down so i went back to the old reliable ewg and that fixed the problem.

    REEL MAGIC!

Then I would suggest reading more and posting less. Do a search for 'Real Magic' in the Rod, Reel & Line forum. Plenty of posts regarding Real or Reel Magic. Sorry to rain on your parade... :-X at this point everything has probably already been discussed....Maybe the forums should just be shut down and turned into a knowledge base topics are gonna come up again here and there its really not that big of deal - is it?
  14. Easy, throw a senko in water and catch fish
  15. I just picked up the Megabass Xpod....I like the idea behind this, that you can change the presentation method by transformation....I think im gonna do good with it as silly as the idea sounds. As far as baits ive fished, ive caught more on pointers than anything else by these choices..
  16. x1000 The Fritz hooks you speak of(known as sureset) are great for those times when you really need to snag sticks, logs, rocks, weeds, snails, shells, scum, leaves, helpless minnows, balls of line, shopping carts, cans, and trash lying about the bottom. They are also perfect for gill hooking and mortally wounding your catch when they take the bait deep. : Nicely Done !
  17. try a spinnerbait or lipless crank.....They catch fish and dont really require technique...Just cast and retrieve
  18. Im in for a Sunday in Feb...... as long as im not working i'll be there. (sometimes i wont know until that week)
  19. LOL, that didnt take long, the list never ends!
  20. Natural Ike cranks.....Always did well with them and if i remember correctly the paintjobs were awesome for the time
  21. What an ironic post, I did just that yesterday afternoon!
  22. See the Difference?? Still think they are the same size??? Spro was smart getting theirs out first. Alot of people went with the spro because of it. yea, big difference...The smaller Tungsten will definately be better in my waters.
  23. I recently picked up the Spro and it seems very nice and feels durable but I do like the looks of the Tungsten too. And i like the fact that it has 2 hooks, and due to removable weights you can go from slow sink to a wake bait or from Fast sink to a slow sink bait. I just cant find them anywhere to get one They are both 4" i thought (?)
  24. I bet someone is going to say that the chartreuse shad color is different from the sexy shad color. There is no way in the world a fish can tell difference between the two, unless he has microscopic vision. Daiwa sells a very similar color but it's called threadfin shad. Jackall also has a chartreuse shad. Wow, those are nice looking baits! like I said i had good luck with Sexy Shad color but im not a big fan of strike king just because i think their quality is bad. I think the paintjobs are poor and lack any real effort and there is almost always imperfections and bumps on the baits but those are quality looking baits there, im gonna hunt one down!
  25. try out a War Eagle spinnerbait if you never have
