  5. Ditto on the snowmobile thing. Winter in New England would not be complete without rippin up some powder. Here are the toys. Mine is red and my dad's is white.
  6. Definatly the baitmonkey. I know a banana head when I see one.
  7. No he's not hurt. He has a minor ankle sprain, which wont affect him at all. Anyways, he would never miss a game like this in his life. After all, he is Tom Brady. Go Pats!!! ;D
  8. Very nice, that really does deserve a round of a plause
  9. Looking to get a decent shakey head rod for my TD Tierra 2500 which still has no rod on it. Never done shakey head fishin' before but I thought it would be good to start doing so since the lake I fish is most of the time crystal clear and filled with smallies.
  10. I found a boat i like out in Oklahoma, not sure what town its in yet, but i live in Mass. The boats old, beat up and needs to be restored. It has no trailer. It could be a really nice boat, which is why i want it. Are there any companies out there that would be able to ship it to my house, even though it doesnt have a trailer? The boat is a 16ft tidecraft, if that helps.
  11. Hi ghost! You probly know me from the BPS forums, my username there is dbrev42. I'm fairly new here, and i love it. Lots of great fisherman and the members are always active. Anyway to get to the point of your post, the cumara is nothing like the other rod you posted. But, for 100 bucks, it sure beats $200!!!
  12. Ok, i've got tons of woods behind my house that no one really pays attention to. I dont have a lot of money, and i was thinking that by chopping and splitting firewood i could maybe make some. What woods are good to burn? There is lot of white birch, pine, poplar trees. Theres prob. a lot more that im not sure of. Anyway, how much do you think one could get for a pick-up truck load off fresh cut unseasoned firewood thats not green and ready to be burned?
  13. Guys, the pats would have been 16-0 even without cheating. Lets face it, they're good, im a pats fan, lifes great. All you haters go away ;D

  15. I highly recomend Big Bass Zone by Bill Siemantel. I recieved this book for christmas, and it was recommened as great by a bunch of other people. So i started reading it a couple nights ago, ANDS ITS AWESOME! It teaches you how to fish bigger baits for bigger fish. Hint Hint the title bass zone. Its kind of a pricey book, but it deserves a spot in any fishermans library.
  16. Some fishin' books, lures, lures, and more lures ;D

    PS3

I've got the silver PS2 slim edition, and was wondering, why would one want to upgrade to the playstation 3? I'm not no game expert, so help would be very much appreciated. Also, I would want it to be able to play ps2 games. I just need someone to give me a motive for buying the system.
  18. the boys are gonna be all over her
  19. I'm going to try and build up a swimbait arsenal this winter, and my new years resolution is to catch bigger fish. What better way than with a swimbait.
  20. Hey I use to camp on Lake Bomoseen when I was a wee tot. Then we moved down the road to camp at a small lake known as Lake Hortonia. I fished here for 13 years, slowly learning how to fish year by year. Then when the owner closed that place, we moved to a campground in NH, called Mascoma Lake Campground. Huge Lake, 5 miles long. Loaded with smallmouth and largemouth bass. But yeah, hearing the name bomoseen brings back memories. I used to go past that lake on the way home from camp every weekend in the summer. Oh how the times have changed.
  21. My favorite lure has got to be the frog. Sure, it may not get as many hits as a worm or spinnerbait, but it draws few, quality and explosive strikes. My favorited frog is the Stanley Ribbot.
  22. I use Stanley Wedge V-lock hooks on the swimming frogs I fish. They're reasonably priced, sharp, and they have a spring that screws into the head of the bait.
  23. What goes up, must come down. ;D
  24. Happy Holidays Guys!!!
  25. Personally i like it better than dbrev42, which was my old one. ;D
