  2. Welcome to Bass Resource!!! First of, if I were you I would stop by Dick's Sporting Goods and get your self some Gary Yamamoto 5" Senkos. You may want to pick up some octopus hooks too. Cabela's has them as well... This is the easiest way to catch fish and use this bait, in my opinion. Cast the worm out as far as you can, let is sink, and retrieve it based upon the temperature of the water you will be fishing. If the water is on the colder side, reel it in rather slow, and vice versa if warmer. Good Luck! Now go catch some bass!
  3. Tin, I wish you the best of luck coping with your severe case of cabin fever. Just remember, when you're not fishing, the bait monkey is always there to support your cause! ;D

  19. TD Tierra 2500($115) on a 7' Shakespeare Excursion($25) . I kinda skimped out on my rod due to lack of cash, but it gets the job done and does what I want it to do, catch fish.

  21. I managed to get out fishing today for the first time in the year 2008. Behind my house is Robinson State Park, and there is a small pond within its boundries. The pond has some trout and lots of carp. It's kinda unfortunate that theres no bass, but I don' think they would survive the dense algae of the pond anyway. Anyways, I caught my first fish of 2008, and it ain't a bass. : Carp I caught View of the pond
  22. Hey guys. I was just wondering what would help protect the keil of my 12' MFG Car Top Fisherman. I'm not sure what to use or how I would do it. I know BPS has a keil guard but it is a bit out of my price range. Just wondering if any of you guys had any thoughts or recommendations. Thanks in advance.
  23. Happy Easter to all!!!
