Not at all, zero speed. lol
I starting cutting last week. I was on prednisone again and learned to take advantage of it. Last spring it made me pretty chunky but I dropped it all and got down to 210.
This time (about 3 months) I would go to the gym and eat until I my stomach hurt. I got up to 236 and 20% bodyfat but really went up in weight. When I started curling I was at about 110lbs., yesterday I did 145lbs. Squating was my biggest gain as I did 315 for reps last week. This will be my last bulk for a while, I don't want to gain much more because I do not want to loose my skating speed.
Right now I'm doing about 2200 calories a day, keeping the protein intake over 100g's, and the carbs under 100g's. Living off cottage cheese, chicken, skim milk, whey protein, peanut butter, and about a gallon and a half of h2o a day. I'm praying that the high protein intake will not cause issues with the Crohns.
