  1. I have spent about $30 all winter on fishing related things, until last night. I found out Overstockbait.com had Terminator Jigs dirt cheap and went crazy there, then of course I needed some Skinny Bear jigs and spider jigs at ***. I also figured I would try out a new Falcon Bucoo for another finesse spinning rod instead of droping the money on a Loomis Shakey head or another Cumara, and since I didn't get either one of those I figured I would pick up a new 7'6" Airrus Co-Matrix for football jigs and c-rigs. : And now I still need jig trailers.
  2. Popov is too expensive. Karkov is $4 cheaper a bottle. A handle for $9.50. lol
  3. LOL
  4. 92 proof and just as good, same price too. People up here are starting to boycott the Captain b/c the distiributing company is screwing all the little mom and pop lq stores.
  5. Sailor Jerry > Captain Morgan
  6. We had one in the middle of our state for 6 months, it went out of business. Dunkin is king up here. And their coffee sucked.
  7. Nope, since I came off the higher doses of prednisone I'm down 14 pounds in 2 weeks lol. I'm not a jacked 190. ;D
  8. Jigs = 65 pound braid or 17 pound Trilene 100% Spinnerbaits = 17 pound Trilene 100% Finese stuff (shakey head, tubes, small t-rigs,) = 6 or 8 pound Trilene 100% or Seaguar Drop-shot = 4-6 pound Sunline or Seaguar Invisx (depends on if I can get Sunline cheap or not) The 4 pound 100% does nothing but knot up on me. Traps and Shallow cranks = 10 pound Trilene 100% Creatures and Worms in grasslines = 17 pound Seaguar Abraisx or Trilene 100% Hard Jerbait = 17 pound Trilene 100% (I like to get them on plane and in the boat asap. I usually don't fish the jerk deeper than 2') Soft Jerkbait = 12 pound Trilene 100% C-Rig = 65 pound braid with 15 pound mono mono leader Frog and salad = 65 pound braid
  9. The squirrel will finally get the nuts! I hope Kriet wins. But then KVD will reign hell down upon everyone else the rest of the year.
  10. Anyone else notice how small their products are becoming. The 99 cent Jr. Chesseburger and $1.19 Jr. Bacon Chesseburger are seriously half the size they used to be. And Dunkins' donuts and coffee rolls are much smaller as well. >

    Here we go...

Looks like it is going to be slugfest in Beeswax, Kriet and KVD are really close. Faircloth is very close to them as well.

Yes the fish are reloading and moving into Beeswax Creek. I do not believe Ike is in Beeswax but his area looks pretty nice and seems to be a lot like Beeswax and it is one of the warmer areas on the lake as he had said. And last I knew, B.A.S.S. does use a release boat.
  13. LOL

The guy who can bang out a limit of spots early and go cull out with some kicker largies will win.
  15. Omori has about 14 pounds and KVD is right behind him. Feel bad for Boyd Duckett blowing up a motor, that has to mess with your head.
  16. Very sorry to hear that Mr. Mike.
  17. Took the last of my Prednisone today.

    Inbox...

I was so happy when I stopped getting messages to delete my inbox every time it got to or over 100. (guess I'm a little lazy and just don't want to take the time to do it). But I guess it now only holds 150. Time to start deleting and coming to the realization I have no life in winter. :-[
