  1. Lol, ww2farmer spent more in rods in 2 weeks than I payed for my 97 Bass Tracker ;D
  2. Well, mine started this year about the C.A.S.T. for kids tourney on the forum. Someone said Tin to Win, others said Tin will win. And at the ramp the morning of the tournament everyone was saying how I actually started it, even though I wasnt even a member of BassResource at the time, IDK :-? ? Then during the day most of the boats were in a small little 2 acre part of the Park and I was the only tin boat in there compared to 11 glass boats. When I caught my first keeper, people from other boats would yell out, hey maybe tin will win today. But anyway, at all of the tourneys from then on when I showed up people just started calling me by it. So there ya go. : Dont like the name, but like the saying.
  3. This is a pretty good game. Some real hard hits and nice plays. But ithere is 5 minutes to go in the first half, already broke the bowl record for number of penalties with 21, and 9 of which are personal fouls for late hits and such. Wouldnt be surprised if there was a side line clearing brawl in this one.
  4. Taking it easy this year. Chinese food is the highlight of my night. But I'am fine with that
  5. 2 of the big Everstart Maxx Marine batteries, I think 29 or 27 series, whatever the biggest one they make is. I can honestly say they have never left me standed. And I have fished a good amount of 10-12 hour days with some gusty winds. Things just wont die! Great warranty too. At $65, best around imo.
  6. Yes they are very purdy. I dont think most fish take time to admire the paint job before they eat them though Overall, they are the most life like minnow type bait I have ever seen.
  7. You can always find more than enough fish shallow.
  8. Just a question... Ok baits such as the Paddle Tail tubes and the Net Bait Paca Craws have become very popular. Does the hollow body design inchance the baits vibration or movement? I know a lot of it is the paddle tail or the solid round pinchers, I'm starting to notice that soft plastic baits that have a lot of movement and vibration are all hollow bodied... :-?
  9. And if you buy one and don't like it, PM me, I will buy it
  10. Ok I take that back Jake, it is just that every year the Chargers go 14-2, or 12-4, but when they need to win in the post season they just cannot get it done. They seem like a different team when January comes around, imo.
  11. Up off the cold floor and ALWAYS charged.
  12. Wow, absolutley amazing!
  13. Not exactly 10" but pretty bulky. A Zoom Brush Hog pitched to laydowns.
  14. This place is great, the only reason I even go online anymore is to see whats going on with the forum. I have meet a lot of great guys, and have a lot more friends that fish. Not to mention all the things I have learned from BR. Also a great medicine for those of us who experience the hard water period. Thanks to Glenn and all the mods for making BassResource such a great place.
  15. I would just want to try one out, probably wouldnt buy one though. It is just a boat I have not rode in yet. If I could have any rig it would be Redline's.
  16. huh, I didnt post that :-?. Dad your signed on under my name. O ya, 1. It is really addicting. 2. Have a good ventalation : 3. Much easier than you could ever imagine.
  17. $28.99 gallon and they are great to work with. http://www.del-mart.com/shop/home.php?cat=265
  18. Yup, stiffer actions, as for weight, lightest around. With certain reels it is TOO LIGHT, imo. I own a bunch of them Tony, I'll let you try one. As long as you dont put a curse on it by taking it to your little trout hole. ;D
  19. No matter what, it will be a tough game for either the Steelers/Chargers/Jacksonville to come into Foxboro in January.I think Jacksonville is a very under rated team that could surprise either the Pats or Indy. As for the Steelers or Chargers, I think they are both very over rated.
  20. Tin

    Venom Lures

There tubes and stickbaits are very popular in New England.
  21. Darn it, hate when that happens, lol. Nice fish dude.
  22. As Catt said flip that cover with a jig or slow roll a big heavy white or chartruese spinnerbait with a big colorado blade around the cover.
  23. 20 tourneys?!?! 12 are club tournaments(one day), two top six qualifying tournaments, a few big bass tournaments , and then several others that will require a couple of prefish days, no more fishing two a weekend I did that last year fishfordollars. Instead of a usually season I fished about 20 tourneys last year instead of a lot more and it was great. Going out and just fishing and trying to learn a new lake makes you a better fisherman. Also fishing the usual lakes you try different baits and patterns and you can figure out some things you would have never thought of before. But this year, I'm going back to the grind : Hey LBH, how about getting back on those 200's and heading up to SkiCountry, good resolution, lol.
