Most of the time I'm throwing a buzzbait it is over grass, or around slop, so I usually go heavy with a 7' Heavy action Croix with 30 pound Power Pro. When fishing around docks or laydowns I go with a 6'6" MH Castaway with 20 pound Power Pro.
I don't know if they do in their natural environment but I watched a few other snakehead videos and even with small 2 or 3" goldfish they bite it in half and let it bob up and down before finishing it. But others will take down a good sized sunfish like nothing. :-?
Either way one these guys will get what they deserve. Like the next time they go to drop in the fishes next meal it torpedos out and latches on to the guys hand. :
It should be 15-1. Getting caught INTENTIONALLY and KNOWINGLY cheating should result in forfeiting the game. Not just erasing the game from history and pretending it never happened. :
No that game happened, the final score was 38-14 New England.
Where did you get that idea? lol
I would go Amistad in mid February, Clear Lake in early March, then back to Pickwick and Neely Henry in late March early April, head over to Lanier in late April. Finally back north to Erie and the Detriot River and home on a reservoir in Northern RI for the rest of the year
So $110 start kit off line and a $20 cooking pan=$130
If you get the mixture right you can make perfect senkos, I mean identical in every way. So 1 senko= $0.60, so if you pour 217 baits you have broken even, and have about enough materials left after you break even to make about 90 more.
The sight of your spinnerbait flashing just under the surface, then an even bigger flash
The sight and sound of 40 boats just blasting to their spots first thing in the morning.
The best feeling of all, lipping that 4 pounder at just before 3 o'clock and realizing the tournament is yours.
