  1. I hope he wins this one. He came from no where, tomorrow when the sun comes out I'm sure he will do good when the rest struggle in that clear cold water.
  2. That girl next door better close her curtains. ;D
  3. Thanks for posting the link too, I had it copied but forgot to paste. It's all over, KVD has only 4 fish and has 15 pounds.
  4. Just remember how bad those Lanes are at keeping leads. Champlain in 06 and Clarks Hill in 07. : O no, KVD has 3 fish for over 10 pounds and one is over 6 pounds, they are all in trouble now. Sexy Shad must be getting it done.
  5. No I'm the one you should be laughing at, she is at the Classic working her sponsors booth and I'm stuck in 6" of snow and still have a Bussiness Math exam at noon.
  6. Should be filmed in Providence or at my college, they are brutal up there. >
  7. Wow, some surprises already and it is only 2 hours in, lots of fish are being caught too. Cliff Pace and Bobby Lane have their limitsfor 16 pounds, Alton Jones and Swindle have theirs too. Just remember, the guys who have led the Classic after the first day usually go on to win. Duckett in 07, Clausen in 06, Omori in 04.....
  8. lol glad im not the only one here with a giant fish pillow :-[ ;D It's my sisters'.
  9. Thanks Matt I didn't have an Avid stly pic so I just took one. That beauty was 48" long, but only weighed 2 pounds. Nice to sleep on though.
  10. A cat. We were fishing a night tourney and all my big fish were right up against this retaining wall. So every now and then you would land on the retaining wall with the Midnight Special. Well, on one cast, my bait took off up the people's yard when I landed on the retaining wall. I never even saw the cat, just pounced on the spinnerbait and took off. All I could do was cut the cut line. :-/
  11. I used to tow my 17' Tracker Pro team with a Ford Ranger with the bumper. The only reason I have a hitch now is because I lifted it and the bumper was too high.
  12. That place is something else. Cant wait to fish it
  13. Maybe he could get a sponsorship with Kotex. ;D
  14. Get ready Dean snow tomorrow But we have open water, so I will be dressing warm and crappie fishing this weekend.
  15. All depends on the time of year and what phase the fish are in, I would say 40% of my fish come on jigs. So it would be my most productive bait.
  16. ;D No need I run a 24 volt 80lb thrust MK on my Tracker. But I know what you mean, I love Stafford yet when the wind's up It can be quite a challange. I would much rather be at Stafford than Beach anyway, lol. It will be loaded with largie beds then. Last year I caught a 2.5 pound female off a bed on the annual July 4th tourney.
  17. Eclipse's are nice to see, but when is the next Comet coming around?
  18. I just would have figured you would have been found dead. ;D
  19. Sorry, no Guido's among this bunch Zel. 8-)
  20. I know I don't have to answer that one. LOL Me either
  21. You didn't do enough research. The biggest difference between the lower end Garcia LP reels and the Revo line is the frame material. The lower end reels are made of plastic, the Revo Line is made of Aluminum. Not to get off topic but someone on here said they got a hold of Abu and they were told that the Pro Max frame was Aluminum... :-/ :-?
  22. WARNING: THIS SITE IS VERY ADDICTIVE Welcome
  23. THE TIN MAN IS GETTIN JIGGY WITH IT 8-) It's the only bait you need. 8-) I also find by just burning the bait over the pads instead of stop and go with a Kermit you get a more commited reaction strike. And 8/10 if they miss they come back for more, and I think the hook up ratio's are much better.
  24. 6'7" Carrot Stix and any light reel that can handle 8 pound flouro.
