  1. I can wear shorts and t-shirts year round, with the woodstove the temp in our house is usually mid to upper 70's.
  2. Well you insulted the great and mystical Polo Pond, now your going to goose egg, I'll be going to a VooDoo priest today to make sure of it. For some extra security I think your lipless cranks might end up getting "misplaced" as well.
  3. If you feel "at home" on lake and feel like you can win without prefishing because you know the lake, then no. But if you don't, then go prefish and learn something new. I think prefishing can help, but it can also hurt you. because it can make you think too much come tournament day. Bassectomy, let me know when you want to prefish the park, lol.

    Beavers

It is one of those baits you really can't fish wrong.
  5. Just listen to that little voice inside.
  6. I like getting them, they are great for starting up the woodstove. ;D
  7. Usually a club event and a trail event. North of Hartford is where I go too, just can't beat it.
  8. X2
  9. Skipped school and went fishing. I met the RI Youth Director, I joined the junior club, was the state champion my first year and qualified for the B.A.S.S. Jr World Championship, the rest is history.
  10. Noooooo way, a new picture of RW??? ;D Nice footballs, the picture of you with the one to the right is a chunk and has some nice colors.
  11. Even I will agree with that, and I have a different gang affiliation. :-[
  12. Huh??? :-? : Not all of them are moderate actions, I have a 7'3" and 6'9" MH for jigs and worms. I love them. Go with the $150 LTX,I have heard you can find these rods for other places for around $120. I have fished Croix Legends, Avids, and most Loomis's and this rod beats them all imo. It is a light if not lighter than a Kistler and super sensitive. The Duckett series might be a gimmick but the LTX series are the best bang for your buck around when it comes to rods.
  13. I usually have a few tournies a year on it either out of Hartford or the Salmon River.
  14. Yup, and Pike have not gone anything good to it imo. There are still tons of small bass and the smallie population has declined. Mansfield Hollow will probably go the same way. They should be testing this idea in lakes like Wyassup where there are TONS of shorts. But I believe RI did this in Johnson's Pond a few years back. Have not seen a difference.
  15. 6'6" to 7' Medium Heavy, fast tip.
  16. Thanks, that Mexican food I just ate came up after seeing that pic. Why are you on those types of websites anyway Redneck? ;D
  17. For anyone who has used them my two questions are... 1.Any missed fish because of the plastic piece? 2. How durable is that platic piece? :-?
  18. Abu Max series or the Revo S.
  19. Don't use brake-clean, dry cleaning fluid, or carb cleaner to remove epoxy.
  20. Yup, I like that spot/largie comment Burley lol. Also stick to your guns and don't bend rules for ANYONE.
  21. 1. Keith Alan is a ___________. 2. They acctually allowed that annoying Gmansgarage.com commercial. 3. The time, he Classic weigh-ins used to be televised right afterwards around 6 or 7pm, what is up with this 10pm bs. I got more enjoyment following the blog and watching the weigh-in online. They also used to show high-lights from the guys day of fishing before he weighed in his catch, didn't see any of that this year.
  22. Thats all you got? Wow, I'am disapointed in you.
  23. Cheap seats? Dad I saw Dee and Brittany in the FishTank area a half dozen times on the live weigh-in. You got screwed. lol
  24. Thanks, you just had to mention Kings Bay. Atleast you didn't name some of the creeks north of there.
