  1. Someone didn't prioritize.
  2. Wait until around the full moon periods in June and July. August is ok but they usually kill the grass by then. Fish late afternoon and as long through the night as you can.
  3. ;D ;D ;D wow...the kids will have nightmares of killing ducks for the rest of their lives.... ;D ;D thats terrible. And never eat bread again.
  4. That is an awsome deal. If you go up to Fenway (and some how can get tickets which are the most expensive in baseball). I know off the top of my head a bottle of Poland Springs is $7, a bag of peanuts is $5, hot dogs are $4.50. It is just crazy. I hate to say it, but a day at Fenway is worth it though. That place is something special.
  5. Yup, first Tiogue, then Wattupa. Those are some tough lakes.
  6. I can't wait till Saturday. 8-)
  7. If your not fishing a big full size Brush Hog on East Twin you are missing out on a lot of fish. Especially on that grassline directly across from the marina in front of the island. Nothing from Highland Lake in Winsted?
  8. My two go-to finesse baits are a small texas rig that usually include fat albert grub on a 1/0 EWG with a 1/8 or 3/16 oz bullet. The next would be a Zoom Finesse worm or Berkley Shakey Head worm wacky rigged with a 1 inch screw in the head to give it a crazy fall, then I shake it like a shakey head worm once it gets on the bottom. Over the past couple years it has really been my "money in the bank" bait.
  9. Great to hear, enjoy breaking in the new truck.
  10. Who did you sell your soul to? :-? Awsome job, thats just sick.
  11. X2 on that and what Micro said. Who would win, KVD with a $30 Shakespeare combo or a guy off the street with a Steez set-up?
  12. Congrats guys! Nice going Milk Man 5.0, you chose a good time to get your PB.
  13. I always figured Biffle was a die-hard jig guy but I got to fish with him a few years ago and was surprised by how good he was at cranking shallow water. Just slamming a Strike King 4S into laydowns for reaction strikes. Ok back on topic...This is a great idea, I personally find drop-shotting bridge pillings to be more productive and you are in the strike zone longer. As the Beader said everything looks great on a river. You can fish laydowns for hours and not get touched. But bridges always hold fish for me.
  14. Just name the lake, I'll even let you take the front of the boat.
  15. Ya, thats what you will do with it after I beat up on you and you get aggravated.
  16. Octopus hooks, not circle ones, regular octopus. I will never go to anything else.
  17. Unlike you, my bite is worse than my bark. 8-)
  18. There is no comparison, it is like fishing with a broom handle, then to a feather.
  19. That was a rough day, you had bigger ones on than I did. That place has been very tough lately. O and BassHole. RWP this week for the rights to the Big Dog name?
  20. Ummmm.... Why are you saying no to them? These are two great baits that have put a ton of fish in the boat for me and my PB was caught on a junebug colored Walking Worm. I don't get what is wrong with them. :-? : ;D
  21. Detroit in 5 over the Pens.
  22. Or that solid pound and a halfer with 60 1/4oz tungsten bullets down its throat.
  23. Dang Mr. Brown truck driving, coffee milk drinking, short short wearing man, that is one sexy boat you are standing in. That's our smallie pond Bassectomy
