Bandit, Like I said when I introduced *** to this site- he will answer questions about techniques and tackle as good if not better than anyone in the industry.He is going to be a real aide to the fishermen here-both beginners and advanced anglers. OK now for your question. Like Russ stated. All of the components of the bait -no matter if its a buzzbait-spinnerbait or crankbait must be alligned. If one of the components is out of align then it causes the bait to be unbalanced. One of the features so many anglers like about the cavitron is- ITS made or is designed to be fished slowly. The degree or angle of the cups on the blade causes more resistance. The larger the angle or cup-the more reststance or drag. What that does is slow the bait down. If you reel it to fast -it will not be able to disapate the water and cause the bait to roll. If you open the cup-the water flows easier(less resistance) and you can reel it faster.Also keep the rod tip at the 10 o'clock position. Raising it hight to the 11 or 12 oclock position can also cause the bait to roll. Make sure to adjust the alignment after every fish caught or when you notice the bait rolling on its side. I have caught hundreds of bass on a single bait and all ya have to do is tweak or adjust it -its easy once you get the hang of it. Now get your tail out there and catch some fish.

I took one of my team Megastrike members (HIAWATHA) and the kid across the street Buzzbaiting last night around 6 pm. I knew just by the feel it was going to be a good one. The bass are getting into their Fall patterns and the water is cooling. We honestly caught around 30 great bass (I never caught a bad one) last night. The biggest actually came on a 1/8 oz. Ya know like I said before-Its all about giving back . The pics that you guys send are real confidence boosters to me and other fishermen. The Cavitron can be used by 7 and 8 year old kids all the way up to old men like me.LOL. Its an idiot bait-Just throw it out and reel it in. These baits catch every size bass . I have caught bass that are 4 or 5 inces on them and have caught 8 pounders on them. From the top pros to the first time anglers -The cavitron is a great way to catch not only numbers but quality bass. We have had fishermen using the New ShakE2's in salt water for redfish-fluke -sea trout-ect. Roland asked for some "HOT"colors. This is what I came up with. Here is the killer . I started using the Chartreuse and the Chartreuse and White on smallmouth (smallies love that Chartreuse) and have been catching them good. theywill be available in about a week. Cast-here is the kid across the street that always had a hard time catching. I have been takin him fishing because he helps me with yardwork and stuff . so i gave him a Cavitron. He went with me to a local pond i have been fishing since i was 10 years old. I hear this crash and heard him say Holy$%#$ I walked over and said what did he get into now. Heres what he got into 7.3 lbs-look at the 3/8 Cavitron in its mouth and that kid is 15 years old 5'11 and 270 lbs

Ronny-No thanks necessary. I was taught years ago to always give back. There is nothing like hearing stories about people catching fish on your products. I remember a guy(Joel Richardson) fishing a FLW on Lake O in Fla. that won $100,000 using my products. It was great. So like I said just go out there and have a blast. I had seen how you put the eye on there. When I was filming the Cavitrons under water the eye on the top was actually unnoticeable-The place where I put the eye on some of my new prototypes is underneath. I had them painted on and also had some of those 3D eyes on there. Did it make a fifference-I couldnt really tell because you have to have a controll-a controll being the same fish -cast -water clarity ect. It didnt reall seem to make that much of a difference I CAUGHT THE SNOT OUT OF THEM ANY WAY. LOL I see you have a split tail on there. Try a swimbait type(sassyshad)trailer. that cavitron will rock and roll side to side. Now that i believe had gotten me more strikes at night and low light conditions because of more water displacement. Necessity is the mother of invention.[

HMMMM You'll have to prove that one to me . They will hit a bait out of reaction but will not swallow it or hold on long. When smallies are schooled up they are very aggressive . If bullfrog is an oil base (which I believe it is) then the fish never really tasted it at all. The bait was hit out of habit or reaction. It seems like coincidental strikes and its how I truely believe fishermen started using "FISH ATTRACTANTS" in the beginning-. Believe me there is nothing in WD40 that would attract a fish either. WD40 used fish oil as a main ingrediant but unless it is broken down molecularly it goes undetected

I was out over the weekend and got a bunch of good fish on the Cavitron Buzzbaits. I was using the 3/8 Ghost Minnow. The shad were schooling up and I was throwing on top of them. It did spook the bait but when I reeled the bait up-as soon as the bait hit the surface the bass would hit it. No giants but solid 2-3lbr's. Thursday I got one close to 7lbs -A good fish for Jersey and right before dark on a weedline. Good stuff. Just a soft jerkbait- Let me tell ya -That Sweet Beaver Rig is the best way I have ever used one before. It comes through mats of grass-brush-skips docks everything. I also rigged it on a 1/2 oz and swam it down ledges 30 to 40 ft deep and caught fish.
