Like RW said, leave them out to dry. If they are non heavy salted baits they should be fine. The moisture will evaporate and their color will retun.
Plastisol absorbs water. after a few hours baits will turn a milky color. The longer they are in water, the more they absorb and the whiter they become. If they are exposed for too long they will start to break down. If they are heavy slat baits, this doesnt take long. Leaving them out of thier bagswill allow them to "dry" and return to normal if they are not too far gone.
