  1. They work good in saltwater in San Diego we catch kelpbass and tuna and almost everything on em they work good for when shad is present, fish a little 3inch bait that is shad colored and use a small owner darter head like a 3/8ounce or watever just cast it out on like 8pound spinning rod or conventional and wind it back really SLOW!! you cant fish the bait slow enough u can bump into thing on the bottom but be carefull cause there are not weedless remember i fish in San Diego where everything is high pressured mostly finesse fishing, i would try it other places just cause i bet you no one has ever used one before. here is a link that has the best swimbaits in San Diego (IMO) http://mcswimbaits.tripod.com/SOMETHIN.HTM choose any color and hang on!!!
  2. fish a DT 10 bulegill colored rapala crankbait if there is rocks a stuff bang it off of them and such good luck!!
  3. This guys uses one in San Diego thats black w/ red eyes and kills em. im goin to get one here pretty soon. the way i look at it is the bass are looking up and if they see the shadow of a frog there probley goin to eat it!
  4. They are awsome hooks!!! I use them also when i fish in saltwater and they are the best i have never have a owner go wrong on me they are the best!!!!
  5. I would dropshot a 3 or 4 inch worm that is weedless or fish a small jig and cast it in the lillies and just pull it over the top untill it falls in and let it sit jerk it a couple of times then reel to the top of the lillies and continue.
  6. How deep is your pond in the middle? I would throw a bluegill patterned crankbait but make sure it is in the middle and not on the bank or you only get the little guys or if that doesnt work keep using bluegill Good Luck!!!
