17lbs best 5 fish. Not as good as laat trips 26.88. Went out to try and repeat our pattern and well it panned out again. The bite was insane. Had a few chances at a 6 and 7+ one actually hit twice on same cast but they were hitting so hard that they were blowing the bait outta the water and missing us we werent missing them. Twice while my buddy was pulling backlashes out i hit 3 fish in a row. Been insane. Hopefully hit it again this saturday.

While i do agree fish over 6 are big in Michigan. I would much rather livw there. Its where im from. 11,000 inland lakes. I dont have to drive 3 hrs one way to fish. Also our smallie fishing is out of this world while we catch 5 and 6lb smallies like its going out of style. The states with big largies.. ppl come to Mi to catch those big smallies. Ive caught quite a few 23-24lb bags in Michigan (smallie and largie) and quite a few over 6lbs. Just gotta go where ppl dont expect fish to be. I have found some crazy smallie waters that literally noone fishes and ppl just drive by on the way to the st clairs, and mullets etc. If you can find those you would be surprised whats in our waters.

Ohhhh ya got almost all on the go pro. The 7lbr is an epic battle and emotions at the end are crazy.

Most insane day of topwater ever! 5 fish of 26.88lbs. I probabaly caught 10 bass and a big fish of 7.2lbr before my buddy put down the frog. Well over 50 bass from 9am-7pm once we figured out the pattern. We were hitting 3 and 4 bass in a row at times. Once my buddy casts up to a grass patch a 5+ smokes his bait he misses it he casts back and hits a 4.5. Put it in the well he casts again bam 3lbr. I turn around cast back to the patch he caught and missed one and i hit a 5lbr. We got in one spot where we were video chatting another fisherman and i hit 3 in a row. Then a pleasure boater back in the cove see us slaying and they move up and enjoy the show and watch us put 20 bass in the boat lol. It was pure insanity.

Biggest largie ive personally seen is a little over 7lbs. i think there is a 10 somewhere swimming around. Dudes in Massachusetts cstch 8s and 9s every yeat and their state is very similar. Now as you know an almoat 10lb smallie was caught a few years back and i def believe one of those is swimming around.

Good thing about Arizona is i can catch fish on frogs till nov and some parts start back up in january lol. Im going to the havasu open all frog spro tourney saturdsy that's what i been practicing for.

Yesthey are sucks this lake is 3 hrs away!

Hit 41 total. Went strictly to frog fish and practice for the spro all frog tourney out here. Started off fishing deeper reeds but the water was only 63. So went shallower but still coulsnt find em except thee first cast of the day hit a dink. Then at about 11 it started coming together. Started getting blow ups in about 2.5ft with a little deeper water nearby. They spots were about 20 yds long with matted up reeds and scum. If i could find that i could get 2 or 3 out of a spot. Once i figured that out i just runned and gunned to each apot like that. Lights out.

I skipped back under a tree over some matted reeeds and my frog skips iver a branch dangling about 4 inchss anove water. Before i can move it this absolute giant flys full body outta the water i thought she had it and i slam the hooks. Well my frig vomes flying back completely missing the legs ??

Went and hit the lake for 2 days sat and sunday. The frog bite was incredible. Nothing giant just 1-3lbrs. Lost one really big one and believe it or not that was the only fish lost or missed this weekend on a frog.

Senkos flippin and frogs. Qent this qeekend too. Frogs slayed em! Bout to post em.

Ya man they are some if the best eating but nope they didnt smell at all. I go up once a year aftrr em at this lake cuz of the trophy status never had that smell. Thanks man! U should see the big ones that comw outta therr ?. These are all around 1.5lbs. Bittom left was almost 2lbs tho.

Caught quite a few over the last two days flippin, froggin and tossing a senko. Also got some bonus panfish. 4 year old loved that.

Had a small tourney at roosevelt lake Az. Ended up with 5th place 30 boats. Not a bad showing and cashed a check. All fish caught on a wacky watermelon red senko around big rocks/brush in long coves from middle of cove to the backs. Water went from 59-65 by end of day. All in all a fun day.

Idk if anything makes me happier than seeing her get excited about fishing.

Caught them flipping grass again. I would flip in and then set hook on em. Then immediately hand her rod to reel em in. The bigger one she says to my go pro after i netted it. Thats a GIANT! high fives me then proceeds to tell the camera that we just caught a 20lb bass ?. So i held up the 20lbr for the camera.

I havent been up yet. It was super windy this weekend. And last weekend i was in san diego. I will be up there soon though! Looks like ya found a nice one!

Ya i use the aquastick to stay charged and i absolutely love it. Have 3 batteries always charged too just incase i want to change angles.

Those are great pics. I got some good videos of my daughter fighting fish on the go pro. After she caught one she sat there explaini g to the video about what just happened. Priceless at 4 lol.
