Several years ago you could argue that I was a finesse fisherman. I hated when my friends called me that. To me it meant that I was narrow minded in my approach to fishing. I have worked hard to become an overall versatile fisherman and now I have confidence in a lot of different techniques. My home lake is an offshore structure lake so for the past three years I've been working to become proficient at being that guy out in the middle of the lake that everyone looks at funny as they speed by.
I love fishing docks and have won several tournaments over the years doing so.
I don't like fishing close to shore. I can do it but I'm always looking for those spots that most people miss.
