  1. Why didn't you just cut it out of the catfish? Did you release the catfish with the lure stuck in it's gut?

  2. I bought a music CD the other day for $1.99. All the other CD's (same ones) were marked at $13.99. I took the $1.99 CD to customer service and asked if it was the correct price. The manager was called and said the employee who stamped the sticker price made a mistake, that the CD should have read $13.99. The manager thanked me for bringing the MISMARKED item to their attention and gave me the CD at $1.99, but then went to the CD rack and checked every CD to make sure they were properly marked. Now, is doing the right thing so hard for some of you? Why take advantage of something that is CLEARLY a mistake. Sure, by definition it may not be stealing, but in the minds of us who have a good set of morals considere it stealing. I have no hard feelings towrds those of you who think differently than me, I'll just make sure I NEVER set my fishing rod down next to you because you'll more than likely steal it thinking it was abandoned.

  3. Even if I do know better, the store is at fault, and I am PURCHASING this item. I pay for the item, therefore I'm not stealing it...end of story. That being said, morals and ethics are manmade social constructs...So tell me how I'm selling myself out.

  4. Well Clary, The economic system we live under here in the United States drives prices of goods/services that are limited/desired up, and goods/services that are plentiful/undesired down. To illustrate this fundamental economic principle, let's say one consumer spends 3x more money than another on any given good/service. The consumer who spent the greater amount of capital is purchasing a good/service that is either A. more desirable and or B. more limited. So, by applying this economic principle to Redlinerobert's pricey combo you can see why I was shocked by the low rating it received. The pricetag on the combo Redlinerobert posted was dictated by either one or both of the forces mentioned above. Basically, Robert's combo is either A. unique or B. Quality. So, yes Clary I'll be the first one to admit I was a little surprised to see a piece of merchandise that posses traits of either being rare or quality faced with opposition. It's kinda like seeing a shooting star, it's unusual and tends to shock the viewer at first. On a side note post a description of a Walmart combo with cheap monofilament ,and see how that combo gets rated............Money isn't relevant!?!? It all goes back to the simple concept you get what you pay for. Oh wait this only holds true to people who don't try and purposely purchase miss marked items......

  6. Did the seat tip over backwards while you were leaning backwards? If so, don't lean backwards.

  7. You are getting the item for less than you're supposed to get it. That is stealing.

  8. If cost mattered in this game it would be called "Give me a 1-10 on how much my combo costs" But it's not. The man gave it a seven because he wasn't a fan of the Steez line. And everything is rated in it's respective price range. i.e, a St.Croix Premier wont get a 3 and a JDM Zillion HLC doesn't get a 14.

  9. 8.5 9 3 with a 10 applicant on it Love the Shimano lineup for rods, and the curado is a great reel. Vanish is junk. It's weak and I found it to be stretchy, as well as poor abrasion resistance. KVD L&L Is just awesome And Hookingem, since when does how much a combo's cost have to do with a rating of it?
