Don't have a my face or space book account ( I find them to be utterly pointless ) so I don't really understand the +/- issue or the like button. I speak my mind. I am not looking for a 1st grade smiley face or points in my cool column. Strange to me, almost like you don't want to hurt anyones feelings. I think it was devised by by someone who got a trophy for just participating!! Touchy feely metro fellas!!

I'll keep that in mind for the future. I think I'll go with open faced reels/rods from now on.
I believe both of my rods need lines replaced so I'll do that from the get-go. The thought of it increasing cast distance is a nice little bonus. I can almost cast to the other side of the local creek where the big bass are as it is. That should get me to the right spot.

Yeah, I pretty much find that to be true most of the time. Bigger baits, with bigger profiles, may get you less fish overall, but will more often than not, land you the biggest (or most aggressive) fish in the area you are targeting. That's more my style. I'm not just fishing for fish, I'm fishing for THE fish (Big O told me that once, and I've adopted the same philosophy).
IMO the reputation feature may inhibit some members from actually posting their true feelings about a topic, people love to be part of the "in crowd". I assume everyone likes positive feed back on their posting, myself included, but I would hate to see someone not being honest for a fear of a negative reaction.
