I just got out of the Marines and I’m living here in Florida. Just picked up fishing caught my first bass and fell in love!  Was wondering if you got any tips on tackle for this time of year in Florida for ponds/lakes like color/type all that. Appreciate any feedback!

I catch most of my fish with soft plastics. My 2 favorite are Zoom salty super flukes and senkos. I T-rigvthem with a 3/0 wide gap hook and no weight. Hope that helps.

I also do well with various worms.
