where are smallies in southern nh nashua to concord area

I am newly returning to fishing with my 11 yr old.

We are in Nashua NH and Concord NH area.

We have a 12 ft flat boat with a decent trolling motor.

We are trying to learn to fish for smallies.

Typically we get a 2-3 hour slot wed and sunday late afternoons with an occasional sunday early morning.

Where should we be looking to fish and what should we be throwing at them ?

We would love to catch some big pickerel also
