Got to the pond today around 5:30, headed straight for the slop. Actually, the stuff I was fishing in wasn't really thick, the thick stuff is behind me.

Anyways, I thought it was pretty cool how the fish came back to get it. The cast before he swirled so I pitched it right back. This wasn't a big baby by any means, but it was my first time so I thought I would share. The action starts around 1:30 to save some of you some time.

I'm gonna keep trying to make videos like this, just with 5+ pounders. ;D

Oh, I missed a big girl flippin' a Smokin' Rooster today. I mean big. I'll get her tommorrow :)

Great footage! I'm not sure, but I think I saw your heart skip a beat when that bass blew up on your bait.

Pretty cool!  I especially like the way you ended the video.

Good job!

Thats what I'm talkin' about!!!!!!d  Nice video and great action!!!  My heart skipped a beat as well when I saw it hit, then hit again.  Nice job--real people, catching real fish, without it being "set up" before hand--great work.  Fish on, John.

Good job! I think one of the best things shown was patience, and multiple casts is what helped get that fish.
