In about 3 months it will have been a year since the *** of the BR Lure Fun and we sent the Rapala on a world wide journey.  If yall are up to it, I'm willing to start season 2 and send out another lure.  I was thinking of sending out a nice Lucky Craft crankbait. Perhaps 5-10' depth range.  This time of the year is my favorite time to use cranks but I'm in Florida where the lakes don't freeze over, just my toes, nose and fingers. Lets see some responces if yall are interested or if someone else wants to send it out but I have a good one ready to go.

Doug.

P.S. I'm not responsible for spelling errors.  I was schooled in S.Florida.

The other thread started out very well. There seems to be problems with updates and people keeping the lure for a month or so thus defeating the fun and purpose of the thread. ::)

If you start a new one it would have to be passed around to us southern folk for a while.I'd be willing to give it a go for sure.We can catch bass year round on cranks :) Sign me up :P

The only problem I forsee is that cranks can be lost easily :-/

Yea, I hear ya Bassnfinatic.  The crank would probably get lost petty easy.   I think Fishnfordollars has the lure from season 1.  If he does, then he hadn't updated us in like 9 days.

You can definitely count me in on this one. I really wanted to be apart of the first one, but no one sent it to me.

you can go ahead and mail that crank to Tallahassee, I've been slaying them on cranks lately.  ;D

I'm definitely down, I read the first thread but the line for the lure was so long I didn't post to receive it.

Maybe we could have 2 ppl with matching lures start at the same time that way more people could get a shot to make the list.

It can still happen....Tried Pm'ing fishfordollars today about an update.Haven't gotten back to me yet.He might just be busy.

PM him and tell him you want the lure next. It'll make it easy on him as well. ;D

I would be in again, and think you have picked a great lure.  Might be a shallow enough runner to keep it from being lost.

I'll play.  It is a good idea to start now, that way we could keep it down south for a few months until them yankees thaw out.

I would be in again, I had fun with the first one and ended up buying 3 of them and won a Dinkmasters tourny with it.   I did catch the most on it, of anyone not fishing a private trophy lake that is.

I would like in again.  I never got a chance with the other one either, but don't count me until May. :-/

I am in. Can someone explain what exactly happens?

read the first page of season one(sticky section).

basically Korea Bassin came up with the idea to send a lure to a person, have them catch some fish, give a breif report, maybe some pics, and then pass it on to the next person to do the same. Bassn Blvd started it off with a rapala floater.

Korea Bassin did a nice job keeping track of the lure, recording where its been, how many miles traveled, how many fish it caught.

i'd be in for season 2 :)

I'm in...

Keep it down South until Spring and then have it sent up North. I agree with the post about updates. Last I heard, someone was going to get in touch with one of the Mods. and possibly turn this into an article in the bassin world. Sure would be nice to see the map of where it went and the stats behind the lure.

I bet Rapala would be VERY interested in this thread....GREAT ADVERTSING for durability and fish catching proof!!! JMO

Ok.  I'm ready to send out lure #2.  Who wants to volunteer to keep track of it and keep up with the statistics.  Korea Bassin did an outstanding job on BR lure #1.  Maybe he'll do it again but someone speak up before I send this beauty out.

Like suggested earlier, anyone can play but please be respectful and don't ask for it if your lakes are frozen and you're unable to fish.  It will eventually get to ya when the weather is nice.

I'm in S.Florida so who wants it first?  PM me your address and I'll get it out.

Can we get this to be a sticky to help us find it and keep tabs on it easier.

Count me in about Mayish. Sounds like a cool thing to do.

I'm going to go ahead and send the lure out to FishnDaddy as soon as he sends me his address.  We still need someone to keep score because I know us Southern MEN are gonna kick you Northern Boys
