I am 20 and not sure if the store going into Canada requires you to be 21. I know I can just buy it once I get across but it is so much cheaper at the duty free. Quote
Super User Root beer Posted August 2, 2010 Super User Posted August 2, 2010 You can buy it and drink it in Canada, but U.S. Custom will likely have a fit with you if they see it and your age.... I bought a liquor in Jamaica just one 750ml bottle to keep it under the custom's radar, but I had someone over 21 to claimed it for me. I actually bought the liquor for my dad, not for myself. I had two, one I actually drunk in Jamaica, and the other I had someone claimed it for me to get it into the state which I gave to my dad as a gift. Quote
