I like BR a lot and there are some great people on here. I have meet and made some good friends in the past few years I've been here. Of course we have some very intelligent people on BR also. Can't say the same of that site.

I remember posting on AOL Fishing Forum back in the mid 90's. Comparatively sucked to the forums out there now, but at the time I thought it was amazing.

I also remember the first time I joined a forum where threads were actually bumped to the top when it received a new post.....instead of continuing its spiral to obscurity despite getting more responses. Amazing. ;)

Okay. I see where you guys are coming from now with having a boat question. I don't have a boat, so I never looked at it. It does seem like you could have any and all questions answered withing a short period of time. I will still take a number two on their PM system. Its annoying. And since i don't own a boat, its stil 6 million times better. I'm not forcing my opinion in anyones throat, just simply stating mine.

Been a member here for a few years and love this place! I don't post much but I look at it almost everyday. This place fills all of my online fishing needs and has the nicest members of any forum I have ever visited.

I don't have a clue what this BBC you speak of is, but I understand why the name isn't being spelled out.

Not sure what all the mystery is about. Our site here is much more informative regarding fishing techniques and equipment.  Also, our flee market is better when it comes to fishing tackle, even though theirs is "bigger" (i.e. lots of spam).  Nevertheless, I have less than 20 or so post over there and think our site is an overall COOLER site  8-).
