is useing the black rifle for deer hunting cheating? because i want one, but alot of people dont like the idea of "going rambo" on a deer. i dont think its cheating, but im not sure if it's right.

For one thing, if you do not know the difference between an AR-type rifle and an M16/M4, I suggest you make a trip to AR15.com.

In VA, there is no magazine capacity restrictions.  The regulation of concern is the following.

Rifles used for deer or bear must be .23 caliber or larger.

Yes, I'm familiar with VA law regarding the purchase of what a politician considers an 'assault rifle'.

The 'slightly more screening process' is a requirement for proof of citizenship.  Nothing more, nothing less.
