daviscw Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 I've only been playing for about 3 years now, but this week I scored the highest I've ever seen in any of my leagues. Whats your highest score? Check this out.... Quote
Super User SPEEDBEAD. Posted November 10, 2009 Super User Posted November 10, 2009 This is my first year doing a fantasy league and I believe it is also our commish's first year. The scoring is set-up to favor QB's, unlike most others that favor runners and receivers. Completions are a point and touchdown passes are 6. A guy in the league had Brees on one of his big days early in the season and all his other players seemed to hit the same day. He had over 200 points. Just ridiculous. My best is only somewhere around 120. Quote
daviscw Posted November 10, 2009 Author Posted November 10, 2009 Wow a point for every completion? I think I am getting 1 point for every 10 yards. That's nuts! Quote
CFFF 1.5 Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 If you are playing a custom league then everybody will have a different really high score. I scored 150+ a few weeks ago and that is really high for our league. It may be the highest of the year. Also you have to take into account the number of teams in your league. Leagues with fewer teams means each team has better players resulting in higher scoring. We have 10 teams in our league Here is how our league is set up. Offense 30 yards per point passing 25 yards per point passing Passing Touchdowns 4 Interceptions -2 Rushing Yards 10 yards per point Rushing Touchdowns 5 Reception Yards 10 yards per point Reception Touchdowns 5 2-Point Conversions 2 Fumbles Lost -2 Offensive Fumble Return TD 5 Kickers Field Goals 0-19 Yards 2 Field Goals 20-29 Yards 3 Field Goals 30-39 Yards 4 Field Goals 40-49 Yards 5 Field Goals 50+ Yards 6 Point After Attempt Made 1 Defense/Special Teams Sack 1 Interception 2 Fumble Recovery 2 Touchdown 5 Safety 2 Block Kick 2 Points Allowed 0 points 12 Points Allowed 1-6 points 9 Points Allowed 7-13 points 7 Points Allowed 14-20 points 4 Points Allowed 21-27 points 1 Points Allowed 28-34 points -3 Points Allowed 35+ points -5 Quote
1inStripes Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 301. I had Stephen Jackson, Steve Smith (Panthers) and Neil Rackers all score 70 points. Rackers kicked 7 Fgs and 3 or 4 were over 50 so that racked up huge points in a league I was in. That was the league record here at work at that time but was broken the next year with a score of 330.
