Super User Dan: Posted September 29, 2009 Super User Posted September 29, 2009 I noticed it as well but then I saw his facebook updates. Looks like he's been on vacation with his lady Quote
Super User Sam Posted September 29, 2009 Super User Posted September 29, 2009 I was wondering that, too. Glad to hear he is on vacation and will return with his wisdom and insight very soon. Quote
slider head Posted September 29, 2009 Posted September 29, 2009 I noticed to. I was going to post something this morning. As always I am a day late and a dollar short. Been missing Burley's random thoughts! :-? Quote
Uncle Leo Posted September 29, 2009 Posted September 29, 2009 I do not miss him. Stated for those who do, miss his truthful remarks. Quote
Super User Grey Wolf Posted September 29, 2009 Super User Posted September 29, 2009 He's not the only one that's missing. Quote
Super User flechero Posted September 29, 2009 Super User Posted September 29, 2009 Profile says he was on this morning. Maybe he took Mom's advice about saying nothing if you had nothing nice to say. ;D Quote
I Love BassResource Posted September 29, 2009 Posted September 29, 2009 Lots of people have been making less of a showing. I read way more than I post any more and I've noticed a bunch of old timers dropping off. Quote
Pitchinkid Posted September 29, 2009 Posted September 29, 2009 dick you cant read. Burleys like herpes. You never really get rid of him. Quote
Steven Ladner Posted September 29, 2009 Posted September 29, 2009 Yeah, I noticed he was missing. As are many of the 5 star posters... Quote
BassResource.com Administrator Glenn Posted September 29, 2009 BassResource.com Administrator Posted September 29, 2009 It's nothing to be concerned about. Every year, there's a drop off in participation in the fall. It's normal. I've seen it every year for 12 years now. Then on Jan 1st - hold on! It picks right back up where it left off during the summer. Crazy. Quote

We move our fall tourneys from Saturday to Sunday to accomodate most who hunt. Makes for really tired Mondays :-X Quote

Big Tom Posted September 30, 2009 Posted September 30, 2009 Probably that Fall itch to mow down a herd. He's as good at that as he is catching dinks. ;D Quote
Super User Jimzee Posted October 1, 2009 Super User Posted October 1, 2009 Burley always goes MIA this time of year for a little while. As do others... When the snow starts flying again in a month or two things will get back to normal. I hate the thoughts of snow again, yuck!! Quote
